Richard Foley has served as a director since May 1990. Mr. Foley is from Williamsburg in Whitley County, Kentucky, where he was a Professor of Geography at the University of the Cumberlands for 33 years before retiring. He also serves on the Southern Tier Housing board and the Cumberland Workforce board. He also has served over 25 years on the Williamsburg City Council. Mr. Foley has also served on the boards of Cumberland Valley ADD and the Cumberland Valley Council on Aging.
