Genia Hoffman is the Documentation Manager for Kentucky Highlands Investment Corporation. She is primarily responsible for the electronically stored information for Kentucky Highlands and its related companies. Genia is responsible for collecting, scanning and uploading the records to a web-based management system and ensures that collateral and security documentation is accurate. She prepares Kentucky State Clearinghouse documents and enters online application for all documents that require State Clearinghouse review. In addition, she is responsible for maintaining files and financial records for the Kentucky Highlands United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Self-Help program.

Genia came to Kentucky Highlands from Cumberland College where she served as Secretary/Receptionist for the football office. She also worked in the Development Office and the President's Office at the college. Most of Genia's previous career was spent in various positions at Mountain Comprehensive Health Corporation. Genia was Secretary/Receptionist for two departments and was Director of Personnel for the 200 person operation when she left. She also assisted in credentialing health care providers. Genia has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Cumberland College. She has completed various work related seminars and courses.
